A particular emphasis is placed on conflict situations – whether with students, parents, colleagues, or within leadership teams. Together, we analyse challenging situations and develop sustainable communication and conflict-resolution strategies.
Effective classroom management is a demanding task in everyday school life, as many influencing factors — particularly class dynamics — play an important role. Drawing on 30 years of experience, as well as extensive work coaching and supporting teachers and parents, I offer targeted coaching in professional, effective classroom management.
